One tube of epoxy will install roughly 20 metal balusters. It is deigned to work with the PC 50ml Epoxy Gun which can be purchased as well. The epoxy is well suited for use in the handrail, where drips and sagging can become a problem. The working time is about 15 minutes, and a soft cure is 4 hours.
