Reviewing and changing orders
We have designed our web site to provide you a great shopping experience. Once you have selected and added items to the shopping cart you can edit the basket by changing the quantity ordered, returning to the product description, or adding the product to a wish list or favorite list. Any feedback to enhance your shopping experience is welcome and we expect to improve our web site periodically.

How to change account information
Accounts are created at checkout time. If you are a new customer you will click on "new user" to create your account. When you need to change information about your account, you will click on the My Account link and enter your e-mail address and password. Here you will be able to change any information about your account.

How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
 
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If your order has not been shipped, it may be changed or cancelled. Please call 314-304-2343 between 8:00 am and 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.
 
Backordered items policy
An item is considered a backorder item if we do not have the item in stock, and it is on order with the manufacturer. If an item you ordered is on backorder, we will email you to let you know when we expect the item in our store. If the backorder item is expected within two weeks we will hold the rest of the order and ship the entire order when the backorder item is received. If the backorder item is expected to arrive after two weeks of order placement, we will send the rest of the order immediately and send the backorder item when we receive it.

For your protection we require that you enter a credit card verification number for all purchases made with a Visa, MasterCard, or

Visa, Master Card,
3-digit number located on the back of your credit card.

Shipping (tracking and rates)
Ordering an item from Lighted Landings? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For domestic delivery in the United States, the shipping cost will be added to your order. If an order is shipped outside the United States the shipping field will be left blank and we will confirm your shipping costs through e-mail. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local government taxes and tariffs additional to our shipping and handling costs. These may vary from country to country. We suggest you check with your local authorities.
 
By clicking Your Account and logging in you can view your past orders and current order status.

When is my order processed and shipped?
All orders for in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
 
What shipping methods are available?
Most orders will be sent by US Mail or FedEx Ground.  Express shipping is available by contacting our customer service group at 314-304-2343 
 
What is your shipping and handling charge?
Orders shipped to the Continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged based on the order weight and shipping destination.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship internationally. However, actual shipping charges to your destination will have to be calculated. You will be notified by e-mail of the shipping charges.
 
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped within the continental United States should be received in 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii should be received within 5 to 10 business days.  Items that are not in stock, usually wood products are subject to a 14-21 day lead time. International orders will depend upon the destination.


Returns


What is Your Return policy?
We are willing to accept return of any product that you are not totally satisfied with if it is returned in its original condition. We will not refund the shipping and handling charges and you will be responsible for return shipping. If the wrong product is shipped, we will refund the cost of the product, original shipping and handling charges and your cost of the return shipment. When is a buyer covered by our guarantee?
When the received item was materially different than the one depicted in our website.

When is a product "materially different"?
If a picture has clearly misrepresented the condition or details of an item in a way that affects its value or utility, it is "materially different" and Lighted Landings will refund or exchange the product. Please note that this does not extend to cases where you are simply disappointed with an item. At Lighted Landings, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we extend a great effort in describing the product as accurately as possible. Lighted Landings will ultimately determine material difference at our discretion.

How secure is the information about me?

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
